M.U.T.S. minutes:  Thursday January 7, 2010

Members present:  Cary Cutler, Tom Murphy, Rocco Regina, Nick Stephan, Bryan Walkley, & Jim Whitney.

Meeting called to order by Club president:  B. Walkley @ 8:15 p.m.

Fields:   Condition of some of the nets have deteriorated  (field # 7);  will need new nets for the Spring season.  Quantities of paint have been fluctuating; problem is that supply (which is provided by the rec. dept.) has also been shared with Football & Lacrosse.

Team registration(s):    Some teams have been added to JAGS (Hurricanes) & MAPS (Revolution & United); teams need to confirm what leagues they will be playing in for the Spring, 2010.

Fundraiser:  Discussion about upcoming rollerskating fundraiser on Feb. 7, 2010; the need to spread the word & dispense tkts. amongst respective teams; discussed Super bowl boxes & other events @ the fundraiser.

Upcoming elections:  June, 2010 will be elections; need to have interested applicants by May, 2010.  Announced that Brian Kokut is now the club MOSA rep.

Finances: Review of hrs. being utilized @ gym for indoor training.  Discussed sales tax exemption certificate.

Miscellaneous:  C. Cutler discussed doing something with the club in celebration of the upcoming 2010 World cup in South Africa…
