M.U.T.S. minutes: Thursday, May 6^th, 2010

Members present:  T. Littlefield, T. Murphy, R. Regina, B. Walkley, & B. Kokot

Call to order by club president: B. Walkley @ 8:05p.m.

Try-outs:  dates will be on Sat., 5/8 & Sat., 5/22 btw. 12-2p.m.  Discussed set up & process for organizing parent/player sign up; clarifying birth dates & age groups for respective teams; survey of which teams/coaches would be available, as well as some volunteer parents to assist.  Also reviewed potential new teams & which present teams are in need of players.  Board personnel will assist in setting up signs throughout township; e-mail inquiries will be handled by T. Littlefield.  J. Whitney worked on getting informational flyers printed up & handed out @ school.  

Elections:  discussed potential applicants & positions needed for upcoming election; a panel of 3 board members were selected to gather names for anticipated vacated positions:  Tracy Littlefield, Tom Murphy, & Rocco Regina.  In particular, Club president & Vice president were 2 positions in which present board members were stepping aside, and personnel were needed.
