M.U.T.S. minutes:  Thursday, June 10, 2010

 

Members present:  C. Cutler, T. Littlefield, S. Keefe, T. Murphy, R.  Regina, B. Walkley, J. Whitney, T. Doran, R. Greenberg, K. Kleinberg, A. Cunningham, B. Kokot,  & G. Mason.

 

Meeting commenced @8:30p.m.  Called to order by Club President – Bryan Walkley.

Review of club history & mission; discussed need & gratitude of having new members initiate interest in serving within board positions. 

 

Review of fiscals by Jim Whitney - Club treasurer. 

Discussed present balance, along with payments rendered for Keeper training, Rodrigo training, Field maintenance & lining with Jen-Lo, etc..

 

Uniforms:  Since Diadora line has been discontinued, the club needs to make a decision in regards to what type of manufacturer & line they want to order from; various manufacturers were discussed: i.e. Umbro.  MUTS will stay with club colors of blue/white, as they are stated within Club by-laws.

 

Discussed utilizing 3v3 fields for the summer; fields need to be lined for both scrimmage & games.

 

Introductions of all board members present, along with parent delegates representing teams for board elections to take place tonight.

The above members were nominated for their respective positions, within a unanimous decision by all present board members & parent delegates.

 

Next meeting scheduled for Thursday, July 8, 2010 @ 8p.m.
